For air-cond services, we provide both General Service and Chemical Cleaning Service:
GENERAL CLEANING SERVICE:
1)Dismantle indoor unit panel cover
 & air filter for washing & cleaning 
2)Dismantle drainage device(water tray)for washing & cleaning(depends on design & model) 
3)Cleaning of cooling coil
4)Cleaning & brushing of fan blower wheel         
5)Flushing drainage outlet piping to prevent blockage
6)Checking outdoor unit condition &
top up refrigerant when necessary                                                   
CHEMICAL CLEANING SERVICE:
Dismantle/Disassemble of indoor unit and parts for chemical cleaning
& washing including:
A)Indoor unit panel cover & air filter
B)Water tray(drainage device)
C)Cooling coil
D)Fan blower wheel
E)Outdoor unit condenser chemical wash
F)Final test run ac unit & top up refrigerant when necessary
