to get back on track with their movement, fitness and nutrition, less intensive training due to injury or recovering from injury, specific program for performance goals, with a focus on strength and energy system training.
My training regime for clients is not just limited to freeweights, barbells and machines, but also bodyweight exercises (gymnastics, mobility) that are functional to life's demands.
Services included: Assessment, workout + nutrition programming and life coaching.

1000+ hrs of coaching experience (group and individual combined). More than 10 years of competitive swimming - I also teach and provide swim stroke correction.
