Overall, they are not considered professional cleaner.

It's stated that they would provide basic equipment and detergent for cleaning but the cleaners came without anything in hand. I paid for 2 hours and 2 cleaners but they completed in 30mins and when I checked, a lot of stuff wasn't cleaned properly. I'm not sure what the younger cleaner did but when I checked, the bathroom seem like it wasn't even touched at all and when I asked her to redo it, she wasn't happy. Even after spending about 40mins on cleaning after, it wasn't as clean as I expected. When I asked them why they are not cleaning well, they said they didn't have the right equipment. I ended up cleaning the house again when they left. If I knew I was going to end up cleaning when they left, I wouldn't have bothered to hire them. They were unprofessional and did a horrible job. I wouldn't recommend them and definitely wouldn't be using them again.

Price is ok. The cleaners that came were a total disappointment !! They were more interested in counting down the time to complete work rather than do the work well - sloppy cleaning, didn't bother throwing the rubbish out into the bin outside - a real total disappointment !?! The owner Zaein seems to be decent and accommodating person but pity his team that day were utterly disappointing.

First not punctual. Second, both cleaners not professional at all. First thing reach want to wash toilet. Another scenario, finish wipe all the things in living room only use broom the clean the ceiling. I can't understand this kind of sequence. If after wipe all the things below only clean ceiling, those things which they wipe just now surely will be dirty back, then why need to clean? Seem like doesn't know what's the sequence to clean a house. Third, both cleaners work no quality at all. After wipe and cleaning still got dust at the window, cabinet, etc. Most exciting, after vacuum the floor the floor still like not vacuum at all. The spot of rubbish still stay back at the same place. I need to vacuum myself even i told her rubbish still there. Still got few things to mention but lazy to describe already. Honestly, if i need to Redo the cleaning, i no need hire cleaner. Waste my time and money.

Wont use them again. Late for 1 + hours and cleaner did not finish the work

They postponed the time despite confirming earlier. Cleaners were slow and cleaning was terrible. Left behind all the debris on toilet and floor. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
