Not really experienced cleaner and need to monitor their progress and instruct them every time from one task to another n waiting to leave as the driver come 30min before time.

RM65 for 2 maids for 2 hours Quality among the maids vary - one younger one was good, she was enthusiastic, have good communication skills, get things done according to what I asked, attention to details Another one older one was sloppy, lazy, smelly, grumpy, unprofessional, the toilet she cleaned was even more dirty with dark patches of water spilled everywhere and smelled even worst than before, she took many many little breaks, sitting and chilling a quarter of the time, and was not even able to take simple instructions. Customer Service - slightly unprofessional, rude and insincere. The feedback on the maids have been communicated to the person in charge who seems to be aware of the problem with the older maid but still sent her anyway.

Pros: The contact person (Zaien) is very professional, responsive to messages and calls. The 2 lady cleaners are independent and seem to know what they are doing, division of work, etc. Reasonable and fair price for service. Areas of improvement: Quality of work i.e. reduce sloppiness, ensure floors are drier after mopping (might be dangerous), usage of newspaper & water or proper window cleaners (instead of my Febreze) to clean windows (:p), ensure cleaning cloths are "cleaned" after work is done. Some of these could be personal preferences, and can be improved, if I had more time to oversee/guide them. Thanks for a good job, overall!

Reasonable pricing. Apparently a driver didn't come to work hence came late. 1 of the maid doesn't need guidance but clean through very fast. The other was on the phone all the time and totally unacceptable level of cleaning. Once the manpower issue is resolved, will definitely give a try again.

Overall, good. I appreciated the person following up with me after the cleaning to check if everything went ok. However, cleaners did not do a very thorough job - perhaps with a bit of supervision it might have been better.

Reasonable rate offered. However I believe if the maids are well trained, I don't have to explain what to do. They should know what and how to do it and optimize the 2 hours. I have to add on another 30mins as 2 wasn't enough. Overall experience was ok-ok and wish CC will improve!

Cleaners were ok one was slow no bad experience will call again

Overall service is okay and satisfied. The cleaner come early at 1pm then scheduled 3pm and only notify me in the morning only; which left me a bit rush to settle my other ordeal. The cleaners are well and listen to my request and make effort to fulfil my request.

Cleaners was late for 1 n half hour. Cleaning session suppose to be 2 hours but cleaners want to leave half n hour earlier. Cleaning quality is ok.
