"Friendly and very helpful during training sessions."
"Really good trainer, been training with him for 2 months now. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit. Very knowledgable, punctual, puts strong emphasis on good form, and an all round nice guy. "
"I'm really thankful for having Lee Fong as my personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable, committed and professional. He tailors fitness programmes based on my needs and injuries whilst suitably pushes my limits. He also focuses on equipping his clients with the skills and confidence to progress on their own, though there's so much more to learn!"
"The best offered rate ever, hence didn't really have high expectations. I am overwhelm after the training I knew he is exactly the trainer I have ever wanted. He ensures my postures are correct so I don't have to waste one hour of my daily life doing incorrect exercise. He is very easy going and soft spoken ( not the pushy type). Worth more than every penny. Don't hesitate, you will love him! "
"Just started my training... so far very good. I needed the motivation he was able to give me to start... He is very good in understaning what it is good for me to do and he is very easy to work out and push harder with him."
