Cleaner come on time to perform neccessary cleaning tasks, however there is still room for improvement for the quality of the work, toilet bowl was not clean properly.

The person in charge was very prompt and professional. However, the cleaner they sent wasn't very thorough in doing the cleaning. She just rushed through the job but didn't do it properly and thoroughly. But i have given a feedback to the person in charge and they have promised to send someone more suitable for the next round.

The cleaner is an Indonesian who are quite professional and reliable. She manage to clean all my windows, fans, mirrors, table tops, toilets, floor mopping and ironing in 4 hours. Must give her a credit as she move away my couch and clean the underneath which use to have a lot of dust.

Hi Dr Reet, firstly apologized with you that day cant extend 1 hour more service because need to proceed next appointment. As my senior cleaner -SITI told me that you have other company cleaner attend at the same time but my cleaner helping you to clean all the stuff that not done by others company cleaner, my cleaner extend half an hour time without any extra charges. I wish to solve the misunderstanding during this service.
