is a branch under CA Cleaning Service Sdn Bhd (CACS).
Our company involve in cleaning industry either for Residential Cleaning Services or Commercial Cleaning Services.
We are in this Industry since 2003 (13 years). We have almost 30 Cleaners and 5 Supervisors working as Mobile Cleaning (part time cleaner) to serve all areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Our Cleaners are from Indonesia and Malaysia and they are TRAINED and LICENSED. Most of them have 3 Years of Experience in cleaning service and every 3 Months; we will conduct a Training programmed to the Cleaners based on module provided by CACS.
They are hardworking, friendly, easy going and trustworthy. If you are unsatisfied with our services please let us know as your satisfaction is very important to us.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of cleaning. Cleaners were not prepared well. Took more than 4 hours to clean yet we had to hire another agency to come and re-clean the house. Not 1 room was 100% clean. All half way. Looked like a rush job. Price is alright but don't substitute quality for cheap.

The quality of their work is rubbish. My apartment which is under 1000sq ft, with no blind spots, wasn't any better than when the 3 people came in to clean. And when I pointed out spots they'd missed, the lady (Nora) had the audacity to say 'mungkin dia tak nampak kot'. It's obvious that they're in a rush & cleanliness is not a priority. And they were 45 minutes late, I had to call them to find out why instead of them letting me know ahead of time that they're stuck elsewhere. I'm not unreasonable, but if they'd called to say they'd be late, I would have understood. It's not nice to leave customers hanging especially when appointment has been set. p/s: The above review is to give a background on what happwnwd. I got the cleaners to redo the areas I wasn't pleased with.
