My approach to Yoga is vy simple, u either do it it safely or otherwise. With 8 yrs in hand, my knowledge n experience, will be able to guide individual/grp to perform yoga poses safely. I conduct series of Hatha Yoga classes ranging from classical individual poses to vinyasas (combination of breath and poses). Designing a class is vy much depands on the target audiences.
I hereby promise to deliver:
- to maintain professionalism throughout the contact time.
- to teach at a pace and language understandable by the target audience.
- to design & deliver the most appropriate class suitable for particular individual.
I have been teaching for the past 8 yrs for more then 200 individuals from all walks of life. There's quite a number of this individuals are doctors.
- Beside running private individual & grp classes, I also teach at a Studio in Subang Jaya.
Focus of session depands on participant/s, emphasising on:
》Strength - using body one's body weight to create resistance in yoga poses
》Stretching - lengthening specific/grp muscles to maintain wellness.
》Balancing - Physical, breathe and mind activities to execute poses.
