The engineer could easily point out what was the cause of issue and have it sort out immediately which amazed me very very much. With such Excellent services and helpful advises provided by the service providers I do know what to do if any reoccurance of the same or similar issue as well as something worth sharing around to let everyone know about kaodim.com.

Air conditioner is not cold and gas leaking after they service. Few day later they come to check and say that the gas is leaking. They are pushing away the responsibility and not even check which part is leaking. Most important they mention gas leaking is not they problem. Then ask us to claim warranty from the manufacturer.

Hahaha....very good customer you are....my staff service your aircon and yet refill fully empty gas even more than 20psi and yet we still charge you rm130...And you keep quiet for it because you gain...When you contacted me for the problem without any hesitation we attended your case and it is the problem of gas leaking and how shud i take the responsiblity??our part is just service it and we dont practice dismantle the whole units because of this type of problems will arise..I can charge you another maybe rm200 or rm300 for the repair cost of leaking...we still care your situation and we found its still under warranty and its not fair for you to pay and better claim thru manufacturer....Understand well the situation before you post anything as it will results to shame yourself only...Hope you understand well...Thanks and have a nice day ahead..

I feel cheated. At first they told me it's a big project. Lots of work need to be done. So it'd cost RM250. Then I had no choice but say yes as I'm not a pro and didn't know what's wrong with my air conditioner. But at the end it only took them about 15 minutes to get the things done.

Hi sir...glad to hear from you....does major works cost rm250??for you rm250 is major works?? First of all u know that your aircon needs repairing works but not servicing yet u still go and request under servicing which u think will settle within rm130.After inspected the aircon we found that it require wiring works which your previous one wiring malfunction..And we told you about the price before proceed...For a electrical and wiring works do u expect us to charge you so cheap??then wat the value of our local certified electrian compare to foreign worker who does not have any certificate??? The risk that carried out by the electrician did u think bout it.....we dont charge blindly.....For sure u agree before we proceed...how can a job can carried out within 15min??Inspection itself need 15min then the job carried out need time also...Anyway thanks for your feedback... Kindly do request job clearly next time wether u need repairing or servicing
