1) The driver was suppose to reach at 12pm but he only came at 6.15pm due to unforeseen circumstances from his end. I had to rush/put my plans on hold and wasted do much of time. 2). They were only suppose to remove bed frame, cupboard, mattress, dog cage and stove. But he only managed to move the cupboard and mattress. The bed frame was left behind because they couldn’t carry it down (they should be trained to do so). The didn’t want to help take the stove as it wasn’t unplugged from the gas tank. 3) Whats more saddening is they refuse to take my dog cage (not sure why). Ended up paying 190 just to move a cupboard and mattress?! The distance was only 2k or lesser!
