His is the lowest priced quotation you can get though I think his charges for parts were on the high side. I got him to replace a water faucet and to fix another leaking faucet. I was not at the location as my tenant was there. He was also nice enough to fix a kitchen cabinet door's latch at no cost.

The price is affordable compare to others but the workmanship is not good at all. They are too new, and spend quite a long time on how to change the drilling bit. Not recommended.
