I am very satisfied with the service provided, and the rate is also reasonable. However, I would suggest that they also post online their transport charges as corresponding to geographical area so as to be more transparent and upfront.

They were very prompt in their response and follow up. However, the cleaners supplied were below my expectations in respect of knowledge in professional cleaning. I paid RM40 for supply of cleaning equipment but was disappointed in the items provided or brought to carry out the cleaning. I provided my feedback to them and they were receptive on my comment which reflect well on the Company. I will recommend them for small residential units or offices cleaning.

Overall, their cleaning services is good. However, they are not reliable in terms of pricing. They quoted RM20 per hour but ended up paying RM80 per hour for 2 maids.

Mr Loo was very accommodating with changes to the appointment.the maids were very professional and cleaned up really nicely. I am very satisfied and would definitely book them again.well worth my money

They came in and cleaned, which was great. They only speak Bahasa, so it was hard to get them to do anything more than a basic clean as I do not speak Bahasa, but I think they would do more, as they did a lot anyway. They changed the time from 3pm to 1pm, which I was able to accommodate on that particular day. I would hope that if I was unable to then they would have come at the original time.
