We shall always bring one of our manager to your site, to inspect the house and understand your unit condition. Unlike the common concept of dropping your cleaner. Our cleaner are well trained and able to speak English. We do last minute request and night time cleaning, as we know not everyone is around during the day time. Hence it cater for urban people

They didn't fully get ready staffs they need to do cleaning. Didn't bring ladder to clean the fan & rubbish bags for all the junks. My window curtain track partly falloff and no one explain to me. Still have a lot of space to improve their service.
