Not really 100% clean tho. Mopping is too wet leaving marks on my floor. Hopefully 2nd visit will be better.

Last minutes changes affect my plan, change from 2 maid to 1 maid because they take up another job.

The vendor was late for 2 hours with no attempt to inform me. I have to call after waited for 30 minutes. Then only they informed that they were late due to extension of previous client and they will be here in 30 minutes. After I waited for another 35 minutes, they have yet to reach and again no attempt to inform me. I have to follow up again and then I waited for another 25 minutes as they had went into the wrong path. The cleaners weren’t really diligent. They sent 2 cleaners but only one can speak simple English and another cannot understand us at all. They talk a lot with each other and therefore they require more time to finish some task but not able to clean it 100%. Due to the delay in their arrival and I am rushing for my dinner appointment, I didn’t request them to clean all the parts that I wasn’t satisfied. Not too sure whether it’s coincident or not, my heater shower went malfunction after they cleaned my bathroom. Bad luck for me.

Not satisfied..not clean..cleaning for 1 hour and 15 minutes only..besides that not bring enough cleaning materials n tools but must paid rm30..please dont come my home again..tq..
