How Our Vendors Are Keeping You Safe Each Service

We have all been shocked with the current pandemic that has struck the world. However, our service providers are taking the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and theirs during each service. Here are a few preventional measures our vendors are taking.

Practice social distancing with customers

Our vendors are required to stay at least 1 metre away from customers during a service. Viruses can spread when people are in close proximity with one another, therefore this measure is to ensure the safety of both customer and vendor.

Ensuring hands are washed before and after each service

Our vendors practice the art of proper hand washing, minimum 20 seconds each wash to prevent the spread of bacteria or germs. Vendors are also required to use soap before and after a service and they also are provided with hand sanitiser provided by Kaodim

Items to be wiped if coming into contact with

Germs and bacteria can live in the kitchen sink, bathroom, toilet and other areas in your home.  They can even live on any surface for at least two hours. Therefore we made it compulsory for vendors to wipe items before and after coming in contact with to ensure the best hygiene for your home. This is even more important for metal surfaces as germs and viruses can stay on for up to 72 hours.

Cover nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing, and wear a mask

Ethics during sneezing or coughing are practised by our vendors where they need to cover their mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow. The tissue is to be disposed of immediately. We do not encourage them to use a handkerchief to cover their mouth as the virus can stay on it for a period of time. Vendors are encouraged to wear a mask when necessary as a precaution step for them to avoid being infected should there be anyone who is sick around them before or during the service.

Frequent body temperature checks

Body temperature checks on the vendors and their employees are to be carried out frequently, before and after a service is conducted. If there is a temperature rise, the employees are not allowed to work and must stay at home for at least 14 days should they possess any Covid-19 symptoms such as coughing or difficulty in breathing.
