KAODIM: Hi Justin! What do you want people to know about personal training?
Personal training can really help to improve a person as a whole in terms of confidence, in terms of their health, in terms of their diet. I believe everyone wants to be healthier and be fit. And most of the time when someone has a fitness goal, they always just go to the gym and spend hours on the treadmill. And after a few weeks, they don’t see results. At the end of the day, they just get demotivated and just stop training. And this is where personal training can play a role.
As personal trainers, we can provide our expertise and our experience to accelerate their progress, and also guide them how to keep their diet in check so that they can achieve their results much faster.
KAODIM: In your opinion, how do your personal traits affect your training methods?
Personally I’m a very demanding person, and I always push myself to go beyond the limit. And I think this kind of character makes me a better trainer.
I really train my clients very hard so they can progressively achieve their goals in the long run. If you want to achieve your goals, the only way is to train hard, and I wouldn’t want my clients to pay me for an easy workout and I really want them to achieve their fitness goals.
